Markets and sessions
Satta Matka is played across many named markets — Kalyan, Milan, Rajdhani, Sridevi, Time Bazar, Main Bazar and others. Each market runs on set days and has two sessions: the open and the close. Betting for each session stops at its cut-off time, and the result for that session is declared shortly after.
Pannas and anks
Each session produces a panna: a three-digit number whose digits run from small to large, with 0 counted as ten. Adding the three digits and keeping the last digit gives the session’s ank, a single digit from 0 to 9.
The jodi
The open ank and the close ank, written side by side, make the day's jodi — a number from 00 to 99.
Reading a full result
A complete result is written as open panna – jodi – close panna. In 560-17-700, the open panna 560 gives the open ank 1 (5 + 6 + 0 = 11), the close panna 700 gives the close ank 7, and together they form the jodi 17. While only the open is out the result reads 560-1*-***.
Charts
Results are kept in two kinds of chart. The jodi chart records each day's jodi in a weekly grid, and the panna chart records the full result — both pannas and the jodi — for every day.
A game of chance
Every draw is independent of the ones before it. Charts show what has happened; they cannot predict what will happen next. See the game rules for how each game is played and settled.
